We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically from 1st June 2020
Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.
You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
- Via our Online Services
- In person/by post – tick the items required on your repeat slip and forward it to the surgery. If you want it posted back please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
- Using our dedicated prescription telephone line: 01823 259444 option 2 – this is open from 10am to 4pm. Please try to avoid our busiest times which are on a Monday 9am to 11am
- By email – Prescriptions
- Using the Electronic Prescription Service: if you would like us to send your prescription directly to your preferred pharmacy, please either email or ring 01823 259444 option 2.
Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please remember to leave your email address so we can confirm your repeat prescription requests.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
